discovery consultation.
I offer a free discovery consultation for our first meeting. It’s a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss your project goals. If you are local, I can come meet you in person, at your home or project site.
I am also available to conduct meetings over the phone or via zoom. Throughout the meeting I will take notes and photos.
Design consultation.
A design consultation is a great for those who don’t require extensive design services. Do you want to update your interior or need design solutions for a particular space? Would you like my input while shopping for furniture, finishes or paint colours? Or do you need some direction to help you get started on your renovation? I provides solutions to tackle your specific design problems. Most consultations are two hours but can be extended. My rate is $100.00 an hour.
Full design Service.
This is an all inclusive design service. I will take care of your project from the beginning to the end. During our first meeting I will get to know your project scope and type and define what your project requires. Once I have all of the information, I will write up a proposal which states all of the specifications regarding your project. Next, I begin the design process which includes the following process: programming, schematic design, design development, contract documents, tender and project administration. Additional design services are available at the client’s request and will be reflected in the project scope, proposal and final design budget. I charge a $100.00 per hour for this service.
