With over a decade of experience in commercial, residential, hospitality and industrial design, I ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and am proficient in numerous CAD programs and software, bringing clients' visions to life with precision and efficiency. My design approach emphasizes not just aesthetics but also functionality and adherence to regulations. With a deep understanding of building codes and universal design principles, I ensure that all projects are both visually appealing and fully functional.
I am passionate about transforming spaces to meet the unique needs of my clients. Highly focused and efficient, I am committed to delivering exceptional results, creating spaces that inspire and impress with my expertise and vision.

Javiera is a seasoned interior designer with over two decades of experience spanning residential, commercial, and senior living spaces. Known for her thoughtful approach and creative vision, she brings projects to life through detailed design drawings, precise specifications, and seamless on-site coordination.
Currently serving as a Senior Interior Designer at Avenir Construction, Javiera specializes in best-in-class senior living environments, combining functionality with warmth and elegance. Her career journey includes roles at Spaciz Design Co. and Jorge Siemsen Studio, where she led client projects from concept to completion and collaborated closely with architects to craft innovative, modern homes.
With a strong foundation in architectural design and a diploma in interior design from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Javiera blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of client needs. Her proficiency in tools like Vectorworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit allows her to visualize and execute designs with precision.
Fluent in Spanish and passionate about creating spaces that inspire joy, Javiera thrives on guiding projects forward and exceeding client expectations. Whether managing budgets, consulting on finishes, or reimagining how people live, she brings dedication, creativity, and heart to every design.

Robin Kelly- Senior Architectural Technologist
Robin Kelly is a highly skilled architectural technologist with extensive expertise in commercial and residential design and construction. With over 26 years in the industry, she brings exceptional proficiency in project management, design coordination, and quality assurance, ensuring high-quality results on every project.
Robin excels in programming analysis, design implementation, and value engineering, balancing creativity with technical precision to deliver efficient and innovative solutions. Her strong leadership abilities enable her to mentor teams, establish quality standards, and optimize workflows, fostering a collaborative and detail-focused approach to architectural design.
Her proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Chief Architect, and Revit supports her ability to manage complex projects efficiently, from initial concepts through to final construction. Robin also holds a Project Management Certificate and is pursuing an Emerging Leaders Certificate, demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional growth.
